MEET THE
PHOTOGRAPHER

This is me.
I am based in Worcester, Western Cape. Born and raised.
My love for photography started at a very young age. My mother's camera was basically mine. The more she used her camera, the more I wanted to take photos with her camera. At the age of 17, my grandfather bought me my first camera for my trip to Europe. Since then we have been best friends.
I love to dress up for any occasion but enjoy my swaggy pants and hoodie even more, especially with popcorn, a cup of tea, and a lekker movie.

WHEN
I'M NOT
SHOOTING
I fill my days with my family and friends. A lekker braai and a glass of gin.
I enjoy going on walks and chatting about life.
Between the ocean and the mountains, I don't know which one I like more.
A hike to somewhere or even nowhere, a full day on the beach during summer season, a coffee in the mountain or an ice cream on the beach, who know?
Quality time spend with the ones I love.
Catch up with Binnelanders.
I lovveee to travel and try new food, go back to my hometown and try that same recipe!

Someone once told me to always live for the little things in life. And that's the way I live now.
I live for the days when I am surrounded by my friends and family, people who make me realize
that the world is not a harsh, cold place.
I live for sunsets and sunrise where I can see the beauty
of God, painting the most gorgeous skies.
I live to always be kinder than I feel.
I live for road trips with music in my ears,
singing as loud as possible.
Live for the little things in life, because the little things will make you realise; that is what life is about.
TO ME, THAT IS WHAT IT FEELS LIKE TO BE ALIVE.
THESE ARE SOME OF MY FAVOURITE THINGS

MY FAMILY AND MY BOYFRIEND CHRISTOPHER MEAN THE WORLD TO ME.

SUSHI IS MY FAVOURITE MEAL. PASTA OR BRAAIVLEIS IS A STRONG SECOND.

I AM HAPPIEST AT THE BEACH, IN THE SUN WITH A COCKTAIL IN HAND

MY FAVOURITE TIME OF THE DAY IS SUNSET
Art is not what you see, but what you make others see.
Every story is unique, every story has something different to tell.
The photo has to go beyond what the eye can see. It has to bring
back every single emotion of that day - the laughs, the tears, the dancing.
That one day when you look back at your photos - every moment has to feel REAL again, as if you are living the moment over and over and over.
Your everlasting story.
